SPARC HARD - 550(LH) is a medium heavy coated hydrogen controlled, basic type iron powder electrode with smotth arc and least spatter. The weld deposit is extremely hard, sound and non machinable. Designed for over lay, build up machine parts subjected to sever abrasion and impact. Typical applocations, metal cutting and farming tools, cold punching dies, drilling bits, stone crushing hammers, Jaw plates, Miser blades, screw conveyors, mining machinery parts, paper cutting knives, dipper teeth dipper croopers , mine rails, crane wheels, bamboo chipper knives.
